The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent value-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
Boys work together with parents, leaders, and organizations to achieve 10 purposes of scouting: character, spiritual growth, good citizenship, sportsmanship, family understanding, respectful relationships, personal achievement, friendly service, fun, adventure and preparation for Boy Scouts.
Cub Scouts is first through fifth grades. BSA Troop is 11 years old to 18 years old.
Both Cubs and Troop meet at 7 PM every Monday except major holidays (Christmas, etc.)
